The Barksdale Global Power Museum is located on Barksdale Air Force Base near Bossier City, Louisiana. It is an aviation museum run by the United States Air Force that maintains a large collection of military aircraft and historical artifacts that illuminate the early days of United States military aviation, the Barksdale base, and the formations of the 2nd Bomb Wing and the 8th Air Force.

The museum aims to preserve the heritage and traditions of the Air Force, particularly those of the 2nd Bomb Wing and other bomber units; to stimulate esprit de corps among Air Force personnel; to educate the public about the Air Force; and to ensure proper stewardship of its aircraft, artifacts, and art.

The museum's collection includes a variety of aircraft, including World War II bombers such as the B-17 Flying Fortress and the B-24 Liberator, Cold War bombers such as the B-52 Stratofortress, modern bombers such as the B-2 Spirit, fighter jets such as the P-51 Mustang and the F-16 Fighting Falcon, and transport aircraft such as the C-130 Hercules and the C-5 Galaxy.

The museum also has a variety of exhibits on the history of the Air Force, including the 8th Air Force Museum, the Barksdale Air Force Base Museum, the 2nd Bomb Wing Museum, the Cold War Gallery, and the Modern Air Force Gallery.
