It is a small town, home to over 2,700 residents in its village and township boundaries, but its heart couldn’t be bigger.
Caseville is also well-known for its “Cheeseburger in Caseville” Festival. It began in 1999 when 5,000 people came out for the event. Now Caseville is the place to be in August to wrap up the summer months with a bang. Over two decades later, Caseville is referred to as “Key North” inspired by Jimmy Buffet and his tropical music. The festival theme is described in the annual brochure as ”a celebration of life and the cruise we are making through it.” This festival is a family-oriented event. The original 3 day festival has blossomed into ten full days of food, fun, games and music for all ages, including its parade of fools.
